I. GENERAL TERMS✧ I have the right to decline your commission, please don't take it personally.✧ If we do work together be prepared to discuss the details of your commission before and during the process either via email ,dm's,discord ect✧I am happy to follow directions/refs, but please allow and expect some variation.✧ Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference. Please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know.(The only exception for this is if you have commissioned me to create an original design)

II. PAYMENT✧ all prices are meant to be guidelines, the actual cost of your commission will vary depending on:
- the type of commission
- the amount of work
- complexity and details
- deadlines✧ I prefer to work with full PREPAYMENT✧ I send out paypal invoices for all my commissions and I will confirm with you when it has been paid.✧ on occasion i will work with partial payments , mostly for large projects and only with familiar clients✧ all my prices are in usd

III. PROCESS✧ Please be forthcoming with all your concerns, hopes and any potential deadlines beforehand. I require full working knowledge of what your project entails to best understand if I will be able to handle it.✧ I like to keep the client involved when possible and provide WIPs of my process especially if i require some kind of clarification from the client -
in which case progress will be paused until the decision is approved.✧ The time i require to complete a commission depends on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity ect. This is something I can discuss on an individual basis✧ I allow a reasonable amount of revisions early on in the process , however I retain the right to charge extra for major revisions.

× Any sort of hateful content
× I will not try to match another artist's or company's art style

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY✧ I retain all the rights to the produced artwork and all work produced in the making of it.✧ I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork to promote myself, Publish books ,post and display it anywhere to my liking.✧ If you want a private commission you must tell me beforehand.✧ Clients may use the artwork to :
- use personally , unless agreed otherwise.
- promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
- have and to hold , for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in
sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until parted by death⚠ Clients may not use the artwork for :× Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
× Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
× Removing any watermarks/signatures.
× altering the artwork without my consent.⚠ Commercial rights of my work is always a separate fee and is not always available for purchase.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY✧ I try my best to schedule my time and projects in a way that they reach completion.however, I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time.✧ in the event I cancel a commission before starting you will receive a full refund.✧ in the event I cancel a commission after we have already started working together you will be issued a partial refund relative to how far along we are.✧ No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.✧ I do not accept cancellations from clients after a commission is payed for. (sorry)✧ if for some reason during the process you decide you no longer wish to work with me ,know that i will not be able to offer you a refund for your commission.
i would recommend becoming familiar with my work and investing some time to discuss your ideas before commissioning me to avoid an unsavory situation.✧ if you behave inappropriately i will cancel your commission and decline your patronage forthwith
